    How will my product be shipped to me? top

    I will ship all products via Fed Ex Ground.  I will also provide you with a tracking number for your order so that you are able to track your package. Krafty Mommy is not responsible for delays in shipping. No refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item leaves our facility.

    How long does it take for me to receive my items? top

    Your products should not take more than 2 weeks.
    During peak ordering times -
    (Back to School & the Holiday Season)
     It might be a bit longer of a wait, but I will contact you if it will be more than 2 weeks for your product to arrive.

    All products are made in my non-smoking home.

    All items have been pre-washed prior to sending them off. Shrinking of your items should not occur with normal washing and drying.

    I wash the nap mats in cold water.  I hang my nap mats to dry. I would highly suggest you do the same.

    Why are the Monogramming costs different? top

    Since the size of my products are all different I try to charge less for embroidery on smaller items and more for larger items. Also if you purchase items from Krafty Mommy your embroidery/monogramming will be less than if you brought me an item to embroider.

    Return and Exchange Policy top

    I ONLY SELL QUALITY ITEMS!!!!
    Items I purchase and the items I make are made of quality materials. 


    Returns:
    Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds unless there was a error in your order on part of Krafty Mommy or if the item was defective.

    Exchanges:
    Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, in addition to all expenses incurred to ship the new item back at our standard rates.
     
    Please report any errors within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Orders must be returned and received by Krafty Mommy within 10 days of contacting us.  Please carefully review your order before submitting and once again upon receipt of your purchase.

    Krafty Mommy will work with you to make your buying experience with us a positive one, you will not regret ordering with Krafty Mommy!

    Shipping in the DFW Area top

    If you live in the DFW area I will not charge you a shipping fee. Please contact me via email and I will work with you on how to get your items to you. I have a shipping code I will send you that will deduct the cost of your shipping.
